Presential modality
Early registration: until October 31st 2024 and making the payment before November 1st 2024. 
General registration: from November 1st 2024 until May 15th 2025.
It will not be possible to register after this date. On-site registration will not be accepted.
Payment must be made by May 21st 2025 at the latest. Anyone who has not paid by this date will be automatically withdrawn. 

 

 

Online modality (only short courses)
The registration period for the short courses online modality will end on May 18th 2025. Payment must be made by May 21st 2025.
From Wednesday June 4th to Saturday 7th, the recordings of the short courses will be offered daily from 4pm (CET). It will also be possible to watch them later at any time for those registered both in presential and online modality.

*The ordinary registration includes the presential participation in the organised activities, the daily coffee breaks and lunches (except Wednesday 4th, as there will be no afternoon session). It also includes access to the recordings of the short courses.

**The registration for the short courses (online modality) includes access to the recordings of the four short courses (4h each). They will be available, one per day, from Wednesday 4th to Saturday 7th of June at 4pm (CET). It will also be possible to access the recordings afterwards.

***The closing dinner will take place in the restaurant Mas Marroch. Located on the outskirts of Girona, it is the venue for major events of El Celler de Can Roca, a restaurant awarded with three Michelin stars and considered the best restaurant in the world in two occasions. The price includes dinner and transport by bus from Girona center.
