Gómez Rudy, Luis Carlos Manuel

Graduated with honors in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Specialized University of the Authorized Public Accountant (UNESCPA). He has pursued Doctoral studies in Constitutional Law at the International Ibero-American University.

He also holds a Master's degree in Multimodal Transport Management from the Inter-American University of Panama; a Master of Laws (LLM) in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom; a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Inter-American University of Panama; a postgraduate degree in Criminal Law from the University of Salamanca, Spain; and a Postgraduate degree in Mediation from the University of Panama and the Inter-American Institute of Mediation, Negotiation, and Arbitration of Panama (IINMA). Additionally, he has completed a Diploma in Taxation at UNESCPA, a Diploma in the Accusatory Criminal System at the Latin University of Panama, a Diploma in Maritime Administration with an emphasis on Multimodal Logistics, and studies in Public Procurement at the University of Istmo, Guatemala.
