Lawyer by the University of Lima (Peru). Master's degree in Procedural Law from the University of Salamanca (Spain), in Constitutional Procedure Law from the University Lomas de Zamora (Argentina). Professor of Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru).

Member of the Ibero-American Institute of Procedural Law, the International Association of Procedural Law, the Latin American Arbitration Association and the International Bar Association (IBA). Member of the arbitration and litigation committees.

Arbitrator for the Arbitration Centres of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, American Chambers of Commerce (AMCHAM); Lima Chamber of Commerce and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Author of several articles and essays on the speciality. Among the last ones, he has coordinated together with the Instituto Brasilero the book Homenaje a los profesores Ada Pellegrini Grinover y Alberto Barbosa (edition published by Tirant Lo Blanch and the edition published by the journal Themis of the PUCP).

He has more than 30 years of intense practice in judicial litigation and national and international arbitration.
