Assistant professor of Civil procedure law at University of Tuscia, Italy, and of a course specialising in digital evidence. She is the author of numerous scientific publications in the field of procedural and civil law, including two monographs, one on jurisdiction and the other on evidence. She has also contributed articles and chapters to collective works on evidence in civil procedure. Recently, she has edited several collective volumes, including one on the drafting of pleadings, one on the order for payment procedure and one on the enforcement procedure. As a researcher, she spent eight years at the University of Padua, Italy, where she taught labour procedure law. Among her achievements, she was the recipient of a scholarship from the Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung, which enabled her to spend time at the Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.
