Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Philosophy. He completed his doctorate in Law at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), Brasil, in 2003 and his Post-Doctorate in 2006 at the Ambrosio Gioja Research Institute of the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is currently full professor of Philosophy of Law at UFPR in the undergraduate, master's and doctorate programmes. He coordinates the UFPR research groups Fundamentals of Law and E-Justice.
