Graduate from the Law Faculty of the University of São Paulo, Brazil. Master's degree in Procedural law from the University of São Paulo. PhD from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo, with CAPES/PROEX scholarship. Guest researcher at the University of Pavia, Italy, under the guidance of Professor Michele Taruffo. Master's degree in Evidential Legal Reasoning from University of Girona, Spain and University of Genoa, Italy.

Member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law (IBDP). Academic member of the Foro Uruguayo de Derecho Probatorio (FUDP). Winner of the Víctor Fairén Guillén award at the XXVII Jornadas Iberoamericanas de Derecho Procesal (2023). He studied Anthropology at the University of Bologna, Italy (2015-2018). He has experience in the field of law, with an emphasis on procedural law, legal epistemology and anthropology.
