PhD candidate in Philosophy of Law at the University of Girona (UdG), Spain, and holds a master's degree in Evidential Legal Reasoning from the same institution. She also holds a master's degree in Criminal Procedure and a bachelor's degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil.

She served as a pro bono attorney for the Innocence Project Brazil and is a member of the research project Prova sob Suspeita at the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (IDDD). Her research focuses on evidence and the theory of criminal investigation.
