She holds a PhD in Criminal Procedure Law from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), Brazil, a master's degree in Public Policies and Procedural Law from Fluminense University Center (UNIFLU), Brazil, and a bachelor's degree in Law from the Vianna Junior Institute, Brazil.
She is a member of the research project Prova sob Suspeita at the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (IDDD). Her research focuses on evidence, standards of proof, and the jury trial procedure.
