Associate professor of Procedural law at University of São Paulo Law School (Brazil), for the development of the Economic Analysis of Conflict Resolution Methods branch. She has a PhD and Master's in Civil Procedural Law from the University of São Paulo Law School.

Member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law, the Brazilian Arbitration Committee, the American Law and Economics Association, and the European Association of Law and Economics. She also acts as an arbitrator and  lawyer.
