Professor of Philosophy of Law at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain), where she was Dean and where she has directed the Master's Degree in Health Law and Bioethics for 20 editions. 

She holds a PhD from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain). She has carried out research stays at the universities of Oxford, Turin, Genoa and Chicago, among others.

She has written on a wide range of topics such as political philosophy, constitutional justice, legal argumentation and precedent, but it is evidential legal reasoning to which she has devoted particular attention.
