Litigation lawyer and consultant. Partner - Director at Acero Gallego Abogados. List A Arbitrator of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, Colombia. Professor at University Externado de Colombia. Member of the Colombian and Ibero-American Institutes of Procedure Law, and the Colombian Institute of Civil and State Liability. Member of the Colombian Network of Evidential Legal Reasoning.

Author of several books, articles and papers on procedure, evidentiary and evidential legal reasoning issues. His current lines and works focus on the concept and use of generalisations in the judicial process, on the analysis of the epistemic effects of evidentiary rules, on the development of new criteria for the interpretation of evidentiary rules and on the analysis of the static and dynamic burdens of proof.
