Senior Lecturer at the Buchmann Faculty of Law in Tel Aviv University, Israel. His research interests are divided between issues of evidence and proof, including statistics, causation, and free will, and issues of substantive criminal law, focusing mainly on sexual offences, consent, and prostitution.

He has published in leading peer-reviewed journals, such as the Modern Law Review, Oxford Journal of Legal Studies, Toronto Law Journal and Law & Philosophy. In addition to Tel Aviv University, he has also taught at Cambridge, Oxford, Cornell and Warsaw.
