Professor, PhD in Procedure Law from University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain (accredited as full professor).

Among other publications, she is the author of the monographs Perspectiva de género y prueba (2024) and La carga de la prueba en supuestos de discriminación: Su regulación en el proceso civil (2020). She has also participated in more than ninety national and international academic-scientific events through conferences and/or communications, both in Spain and abroad (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Italy, Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, USA, Chile and Portugal) and has carried out research stays at the Universities of Pavia, Bologna, Brescia (Italy), the Complutense and Carlos III of Madrid (Spain), Universidad de la República (Uruguay) and the Institute of Legal Advanced Studies in London.

She is co-director of the Anuario de Derecho Probatorio.
