Among other publications, he is the author of the monographs Ônus dinâmico da prova (2008), Ônus da prova no novo CPC: do estático ao dinâmico (2017) and O que provar? Admissibilidade e eficiência da Justiça Civil (2023) -the latter soon to be translated into Spanish-. He has also participated as a speaker in dozens of national and international academic-scientific events in Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay, and has completed a post-doctoral research stay at University of Girona, Spain.
