Lawyer and specialist in criminal law from the University of Buenos Aires. He obtained a master's degree in Evidential Legal Reasoning from the Universities of Genoa, Italy, and Girona, Spain.
He is an adjunct professor at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the University of Buenos Aires, where he has been teaching for years an undergraduate subject on fundamental rights and evidence, and is also a postgraduate professor at the University of Buenos Aires and the Escuela Federal de Formación Judicial in Mexico.
Co-director of the annual collection "Pensar la prueba", specialised in evidential legal reasoning, as well as author and editor of multiple publications on evidential legal reasoning and human rights.
