Lecturer in Criminal law and Criminal procedure, accredited by the Agency for the Quality of the University System of Castilla y León (ASUCyL). Analyst at the Spanish Judicial Documentation Centre. Corresponding member of the Spanish Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation.

He has combined his position with teaching as a lecturer in Criminal law at University of the Balearic Islands and at the Centre for University Studies (Madrid) and in Criminal procedural law at Isabel I International University and at International University of Valencia.

He is the author of numerous publications related to criminal procedure, criminal law, cassation appeals and gender violence.
