Member of the Chair of Legal Culture at the University of Girona, where he was a researcher from 2019 to 2022. Former tenure-track professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where he was a visiting professor in 2022.
Member of the International Association of Procedural Law (IAPL), the Instituto Iberoamericano de Derecho Procesal, the research group Prodejus (PUCP) and founding member of the Associazione Italiana fra gli Studiosi della Prova (AISP).
His research interests are mainly focused on comparative civil procedural law and climate change litigation.
