Postdoctoral researcher at University of Girona. PhD from University of Girona, lawyer from University of Buenos Aires and Master in Law (LL. M.) from Columbia University (New York). She coordinates the official master's degree in Tort Law and the expert course Bases for a rational legislation (UdG).

Founding member of ‘Proyecto Disonante’, which promotes public discussion and evidence-based policy-making.

Author of the book Derecho y Desarrollo. Una visión desde América Latina y el Caribe. She is co-editor of the following publications: Seguridad jurídica y democracia en Iberoamérica, with Jordi Ferrer and Carles Cruz (Marcial Pons, 2015); Seguridad jurídica, pobreza y corrupción en Iberoamérica, with Jordi Ferrer (Marcial Pons, 2018) and Derecho y Pobreza, with Esteban Pereira Fredes. She has published articles in various collective works, as well as in prestigious national and international journals such as Analisi e Diritto, Doxa, Diritto & Questione Pubbliche, Isonomía, Discusiones, Revista Catalana de Derecho Público, among others.

Her current lines of research focus on issues of legislative theory, philosophy of private law, normative efficacy and effectiveness, among others.
