PhD candidate in Law from University of Girona, master's degree in Evidential Legal Reasoning from University of Girona and University of Genoa. Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
Much of her professional experience was developed in the Federal Judiciary of Mexico, where she collaborated in collegiate courts in criminal matters, in the Federal Public Defender's Office for Indigenous Peoples and Communities and the mexican Supreme Court.
Since 2023 is a member of the Red Latinoamericana de Mujeres en Derecho Procesal y Razonamiento Probatorio.
Her publications include: Protocolo para juzgar con perspectiva de género (2020), El delito de feminicidio desde la perspectiva de género (2021), Identidad de género, identificación y prueba. Algunas reflexiones a propósito del caso SUP-JDC-304/2018 y acumulados (2023) and Contributions of Gender Perspective in Evidence Reasoning (in press).
