Master's degree in Evidential Legal Reasoning from Universitat de Girona and Universiy of Genoa, in Criminology, Criminal Justice Policy and Sociology of Criminal Law from University of Barcelona and National University of Mar del Plata. Law degree from University of Buenos Aires. She is a professor in undergraduate studies in the University of Buenos Aires and in postgraduate studies at different universities in Argentina.

Her work experience was mainly developed in the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Nation of Argentina, where she currently works in the Specialised Prosecutor's Unit on Violence against Women.

She compiled both parts of the book Violencias sexuales, género y sistema penal: miradas actuales sobre problemas estructurales, edited by Editores del Sur. She also participated as an author in that book with the chapters Algunas reflexiones sobre la toma de denuncias en casos de violencias sexuales: ¿Quién pregunta? ¿Dónde se pregunta?¿Qué se pregunta? ¿Cómo se pregunta? (2021) and Los estereotipos sexuales y el subsuelo epistémico. Algunos lineamientos teóricos para el razonamiento probatorio desde una perspectiva de género (2023).

She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Red Latinoamericana de Mujeres en Derecho Procesal y Razonamiento Probatorio.
